As the first point of contact for most of our patients, we depend on our receptionists to set the tone for the patient’s entire visit with SVS Vision, from greeting them with a smile to scheduling their appointments.
Work with patients one-on-one to find that perfect, unique fit for each individual. Educate patients on the doctor’s recommendations and explain the benefits of a specific lens or coating to cater to our patient’s needs.
